New patients
Your first visit, made simple.
We want you to feel informed, heard, and comfortable from the moment you walk through the door.
Before you arrive
Come as you are. Bring your questions.
Your visit starts with a conversation—not a treatment table.
Please bring a photo ID, a list of current medications or supplements, and any relevant imaging or records you already have. Comfortable clothing is helpful for the movement portion of your exam.
If your visit relates to an auto accident, bring any available claim or accident information. Call us if you are unsure what is needed.
Call with a questionWhat to expect
Your first appointment, step by step.
- 01
Brief paperwork
You’ll share basic health information, the reason for your visit, and the outcomes you hope to achieve.
- 02
One-on-one consultation
Your doctor will listen to your concerns, ask about your history, and talk through possible next steps.
- 03
History & examination
Specialized orthopedic, neurological, posture, and movement tests help identify which tissues and functions may be involved.
- 04
Digital X-rays, if needed
On-site imaging may be recommended to rule out certain concerns or help build a more precise plan. Not every patient needs X-rays.
- 05
Same-day care, when appropriate
Depending on your condition and findings, the first visit may include an adjustment, physiotherapy, or soft-tissue care.
- 06
Home guidance & follow-up

Common questions
A little clarity before your visit.
Will I receive treatment on my first visit?+
Many patients can receive care on the first visit after the examination and any appropriate studies are complete. If more information is needed before treatment, your doctor will explain why and outline the next step.
Does everyone need an X-ray?+
No. Digital X-rays are recommended only when your history and examination indicate they may help rule out a concern or guide treatment planning.
How soon is the follow-up visit?+
Patients are often scheduled within one or two days for a complete review of findings and a conversation about care options.
Do you take insurance?+
The office works as an out-of-network provider and can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance company. Benefits vary, so contact your plan directly for reimbursement details.
Can I use my HSA or FSA?+
Yes. The office accepts both HSA and FSA payments, along with cash.
