Care designed around your next move.

Hands-on treatment, advanced technology, and practical guidance—combined in a plan that reflects your condition, goals, and pace.

Our complete care offering

Understand your options.

Every service begins with an evaluation. Not every treatment is right for every person, and recommendations are made only after we understand your needs.

01

Chiropractic Care

Restore motion. Reduce irritation. Move with more confidence.

Chiropractic care focuses on the relationship between the spine, joints, muscles, and nervous system. After a focused history and examination, care may include gentle spinal or extremity adjustments chosen for your comfort, needs, and stage of recovery.

Our available approaches include Full-Spine Diversified, Thompson Drop, extremity adjusting, ArthroStim instrument-assisted adjustments, and posture-focused Chiropractic BioPhysics methods.

Often used for

  • Back and neck pain
  • Headaches and stiffness
  • Restricted joint movement
  • Posture-related discomfort
  • Sports and everyday strains

What to expect

Your doctor will explain each recommendation before care begins. Treatment may be paired with soft-tissue work, therapeutic exercise, or another in-office therapy when appropriate.

02

Chiropractic BioPhysics

A measured, posture-centered path to spinal rehabilitation.

Chiropractic BioPhysics, commonly called CBP, applies principles from biomechanics and physics to posture and spinal alignment. Rather than looking at one joint in isolation, the approach considers the spine's overall three-dimensional position.

A plan may combine standard joint adjustments with “mirror-image” postural adjustments, corrective exercises, and traction. These methods aim to stretch shortened tissues, strengthen postural muscles, and improve the way the body carries itself.

Measured planningDigital X-rays and PostureRay analysis may be used when clinically appropriate to identify structural patterns and create an easy-to-understand report of findings.
03

Spinal Decompression

Non-surgical, computer-guided traction for disc and nerve-related pain.

Spinal decompression uses controlled traction, distraction, and positioning to gently reduce pressure within the spine. The treatment is delivered while you rest on a specialized table, with settings tailored to your condition and tolerance.

Our decompression approach may be combined with stabilization exercises, biofeedback, and chiropractic care to support both short-term comfort and a stronger recovery.

May be considered for

  • Herniated or bulging discs
  • Degenerative disc disease
  • Sciatica and radicular pain
  • Facet-related pain
  • Spinal stenosis
  • Some post-surgical cases

Is it right for you?

Your health history and examination determine whether decompression is safe and appropriate. We will explain realistic expectations and any alternatives before starting a course of care.

Class IV Laser Therapy

Targeted light energy to support the body's natural repair process.

Class IV laser therapy delivers non-surgical light energy beneath the skin. This energy is absorbed by cellular structures involved in energy production and may help support tissue repair, circulation, and a healthy inflammatory response.

Because Class IV technology reaches deeper and can cover a larger treatment area than lower-powered devices, it may be used as part of a broader plan for acute injuries or persistent pain.

  • Neck & low-back pain
  • Sciatica
  • Shoulder, elbow & hand pain
  • Knee pain
  • Muscle spasm & trigger points
  • Soft-tissue injuries
  • Arthritis symptoms
05

Auto Injury Care

Early evaluation and focused treatment after a collision.

Collision forces can strain muscles and ligaments, change joint mechanics, and irritate the neck or lower back. Symptoms such as headaches, stiffness, tenderness, dizziness, reduced range of motion, or back pain may develop immediately—or appear later.

We evaluate how the injury affected your movement and spinal function, then build a plan that may incorporate chiropractic adjustments, Chiropractic BioPhysics, physiotherapy, laser therapy, and home guidance.

After an accidentEven if symptoms seem mild, prompt evaluation can help document your condition and identify issues that deserve attention.
06

Sports Injury Care

Recover well—and return with a plan to stay well.

Whether you train competitively or simply want to stay active, an injury can interrupt more than your routine. We assess joint motion, muscular balance, posture, and the mechanics behind your pain.

Care may combine adjustments, soft-tissue and physiotherapy modalities, Class IV laser therapy, and progressive exercises. The goal is not only to calm symptoms, but also to restore function and reduce the chance of recurring injury.

  • Sprains & strains
  • Shoulder & knee pain
  • Back & neck injuries
  • Overuse conditions
  • Mobility restrictions
  • Return-to-activity support
07

Pregnancy & Pediatric Chiropractic

Gentle care adapted for changing bodies and growing families.

Care during pregnancy

Changes in weight distribution, posture, and connective tissue can place new demands on the lower back and pelvis. A pregnancy-supportive table and modified adjusting techniques allow care to adapt as the body changes. Postpartum concerns can also be evaluated.

Care for infants and children

Pediatric care uses very gentle, age- and size-appropriate pressure. An evaluation may include birth and developmental history, reflexes, range of motion, and spinal curvature. Exercise, nutritional guidance, or referral to another provider may be recommended when appropriate.

Family-centeredParents are included in every conversation, and all care is explained before it begins.
08

Wellness & Physiotherapy

Supportive therapies chosen to complement your primary care plan.

An adjustment alone is not always the complete answer. Based on your exam, additional therapies may be used before or after chiropractic care to relax muscles, encourage circulation, reduce localized swelling, and support recovery.

Massage therapyFor relaxation, muscle tension, pain, and injury support.
Muscle stimulationMicrocurrent, electro-muscle, and interferential modalities.
Superficial heatUsed to warm tissues and encourage circulation.
Therapeutic ultrasoundSound-wave therapy used to support circulation and healing.
Class IV laserTargeted light therapy for pain and tissue recovery.
Home guidancePractical stretches, exercises, and activity recommendations.
09

Digital X-Ray

Clear imaging and posture analysis, available on site.

When your history and exam indicate that imaging is appropriate, digital X-rays can help rule out certain concerns and reveal structural patterns that influence treatment planning.

PostureRay software allows precise digital measurement without hand-drawn lines. Your personalized report can summarize relevant findings and compare your images with reference alignment, making it easier to understand what we see and why a recommendation is being made.

Imaging with a purposeX-rays are not routine for every patient. They are recommended only when clinically useful for evaluation or care planning.
